Shaukat Murad - Director
Shaukat qualified as chartered accountant in London in 1978 where he worked for Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as an auditor and management consultant. In 1981 he left the profession and spent nine years working for some of the most prestigious organisations within the offshore banking industry in Bermuda, Guernsey, Luxembourg and London, gaining an expert knowledge of the offshore financial services industry.
In 1990 he acquired the firm JOHNSONS Chartered Accountants where he developed the Firm's consultancy and offshore specialisms alongside its more traditional audit and general practice services. JOHNSONS Chartered Accountants are now recognised as local experts in offshore company and trust planning. In 1994, he opened an office in the Isle of Man to service the Firm's growing offshore business. The Isle of Man based Company has now grown into a successful licensed Corporate Service Provider by the Isle of Man Financial Services Commission and offers innovative and "high end" tax solutions to its worldwide clientele. The Dubai office was opened in 2007 on the granting of a licence from the DIFC. Alpha Management Limited was granted a licence to incorporate Jebel Ali Offshore Companies in August 2007.
Shaukat Murad specialises in advising individuals on effective planning to achieve personal objectives (ie: estate planning, tax mitigation, succession planning, wealth management etc) through the use of offshore companies and trusts. He has an extensive network of internationally based contacts and is happy to meet clients (almost) anywhere in the world!
He is unique amongst advisors in Dubai of having worked and lived in so many offshore jurisdictions.
Ravi Chitnis - Director
Ravindra, a chartered accountant, has spent over thirty years with Pannell Kerr Foster in Dubai where he started as an auditor and left as a partner in 2006. He has extensive experience in establishing offshore structures worldwide as well as within Dubai in the various free-zones. He also advises on entry / exit strategies for businesses wishing to base operations within the UAE and is happy to review financial models and prepare / evaluate feasibility studies for the industrial / manufacturing and service sectors.
He brings with him an unique combination of financial management skills and extensive knowledge of the offshore industry.
Neeta Nasta - Manager Dubai Office
Neeta joined Alpha Management Limited in April 2009 as the Manager of our Dubai office. She brings with her a wealth of experience in administration and client management. Neeta wil be the first point of contact for all enquiries. She will then liaise with other members of staff within the Alpha Group to ensure that the enquiry has been dealt with and all matters handled professionally.
